The Photography Department is equipped with two spacious and well-designed studios featuring the latest photography and lighting equipment for hands-on practical training.
The studios are specially designed to provide students with real-time industry exposure in product photography, fashion photography, portrait lighting, commercial shoots, and filmmaking practices.
The department also houses a modern editing laboratory equipped with high-performance systems and the latest updated software for photo editing, video editing, retouching, and post-production work. The lab enables students to develop professional-quality Gen Z portfolios aligned with current industry trends and digital media standards.
With a strong focus on practical learning, the department provides students with a creative environment to experiment, innovate, and build industry-ready portfolios under the guidance of experienced faculty members and industry experts.

The department is equipped with modern infrastructure that supports professional-level training and hands-on learning. It houses two spacious and well-equipped studios along with a dedicated editing laboratory featuring the latest industry-standard software for photography, video editing, colour correction, and post-production practices.
Designed with a strong practical approach, the course structure consists of approximately 80% practical training and 20% theoretical learning, enabling students to gain real-world technical skills, creative understanding, and professional confidence.
Students receive continuous guidance from experienced faculty members, industry experts, and mentors. Special emphasis is given to portfolio development as per current industry standards, helping students build a strong professional profile for employment opportunities, freelance assignments, or starting their own creative ventures and businesses.
Through workshops, expert sessions, live projects, exhibitions, and practical assignments, the department aims to nurture creative professionals who are industry-ready and capable of adapting to the evolving world of visual communication.
